Train crash

Train crashes always happen thought trains today have high qualities. The high-speed railway in Taiwan had its first driving in 2006. It and the old Taiwan railway are all emphasize that they offer a comfortable and maximal safe environment for passengers. However, I saw many train crashes in Taiwan very often. Today, I read online news from BBC, about a train crash in Pakistan. One of the officials said the signalling faults and poorly maintained tracks are often the cause of the accidents. I think railway in Taiwan has the same problems the Pakistan has. Worst of all, the accident in Taiwan’s railway sometimes happened because of the controllers. Many innocent people will be killed in this disaster due to their careless. Taking a train is the convenient and economic way for me to go anywhere. For commuters, taking a train is a part of their lives. It is an important transportation though it has potential danger.

Sentence 1: "thought" is a word, but you meant "though". You didn't bother to proofread your post. Why should I bother to read it?

I don't know what you mean by "high qualities". This is a mysterious term that requires an explanation for your bewildered readers.

"had its first driving" is not meaningful English. It should be "began operating".

"I saw many train crashes in Taiwan very often" should be "I have often seen train crashes in Taiwan".

"Many innocent people die in train crashes because of their carelessness" is correct.

Life is filled with all kinds of risks. When people decide to put their lives in the hands of other people -- which they always do when they take a train, but, subway, taxi, airplane, or boat that they do not operate, or agree to be a passenger on someone else's bike or in someone else's car -- they rely on someone else to ensure their safety. But no one can guarantee anyone's safety. One cannot even guarantee one's own safety if one drives oneself or even walks down the street.

Have you done any research on the death rates of the various modes of transportation? I haven't recently. But I've read that flying in commercial airliners is the safest way to get anywhere.

If you do do some research, it's necessary to make sure that you find out more than just the raw number of deaths each year. It's also necessary to know how many deaths there were for every person-hour used transporting people in a particular type of vehicle in a particular country.
